- The hirer is liable for loss, theft or damage to the Tourism Radio Guide to a maximum of NZ$395.00. The hirer agrees that this may be charged to their credit card in the unlikely event that loss, theft or damage does occur.
- Tourism Radio NZ Limited will not be responsible for any harm, damage, loss or misadventure that occurs as a result of the use or misuse of the Tourism Radio Guide.
- The hirer agrees to follow user and return instructions as provided by Tourism Radio NZ Limited. Please take care of the Tourism Radio Guide. Do not leave the unit in sight when the vehicle is unattended.
- Tourism Radio NZ Limited will gladly refund your one off hire fee of $39.95 should the following occur:
(a) The Tourism Radio Guide is not delivered to your pick up location prior to your arrival.
(b) The Tourism Radio Guide unit is faulty and does not work.
