Pacific Horizon Client Service Centres are located in Auckland, Wellington, Picton and Christchurch. In Auckland and Christchurch the Client Service Centres are located near the major international airport. The Wellington CSC is approximately 30 minutes from the Airport/Ferry. The Picton CSC is near to the ferry.
Courtesy Transfer Service
We offer a courtesy transfer service for the beginning and end of your hire from local airports (not Picton), the ferry terminal or hotel/motel within the city limits. In Wellington and Picton, we offer courtesy transfers to and from the ferry terminal as well. Please note that we do not pick up from residential addresses. Please advise arrival details; flight time and flight number or hotel if our courtesy transfer service is required.
On arrival at the airport or ferry terminal, please reconfirm your transfer by phoning our free phone number 0800 808 881 (Calls may be made from any pay phone free of charge).
When prompted select the following options that apply to you:
• Select ‘Option 1’ to transfer you through to the Courtesy Transfer lines then either;
- Option 1 for Auckland (5 Aintree Avenue, Mangere)
- Option 2 for Christchurch (824 Wairakei Road, Christchurch Airport Complex)
- Option 3 for Wellington (25 Ulric Street, Plimmerton)
- Option 4 for Picton (13 Market Street)
Hours
Client Service Centres are open between 8.00am and 5.00pm. You must be at the Client Service Centre no later than 4.30pm.
