John Cooper - Managing Director

With more than 30 years experience in New Zealand tourism, I have been lucky enough to be involved in helping shape many well-known NZ tourism activities/attractions. I have held several senior roles in the Ski industry and was involved at the beginning in the development of NZ as a skiing destination. My personal ethos of honesty and providing quality product & service continues unabated at Pacific Horizon and is a prime reason for the success of the company.

Neil Kilby – Sales & Marketing Manager

Originally from England, I came to New Zealand on an extended holiday in 2005 and have been here ever since. In my role I have a strong focus on customer service, relationship management and marketing through innovation. The challenges of the role provide the excitement needed and working for a company that focuses so heavily on creating once in a lifetime trips for people from all over the world brings its own rewards. New Zealand is now firmly considered home and I have no plans to return to the UK.

David Connor – National Fleet Manager

I have been with Pacific Horizon for a number of years and in a number of roles. My experience allows a great comprehension of the intricacies of vehicle design and maintenance. My focus is very much about developing the motorhomes to a standard of quality that cannot be matched by others and with unique features that cannot be found anywhere else in the world.

Tracey Thomson – Contact Centre Manager

After starting working life in the army, I have been involved in Contact Centres for many years. My current team is well trained and focused, which was recognised by industry peers at the 2008 and 2009 CRM National Contact Centre Awards, where Pacific Horizon was the winner for the Travel and Transport sector.
