We have always taken our commitment to providing the best customer service in the industry very seriously. In 2008, we put our Contact Centre up against the best in the country to see how they stacked up. They walked away as winners of the best Contact Centre in the Travel & Transport Sector. Fast forward to September 2009 and they proved it was no fluke by winning it again!
